How Sophia Schneiderhan and Wonderbears Are Changing Your Daily Immunity Ritual

Selfcare has long become more than just a personal ritual — it is now part of a modern lifestyle. That is exactly where Wonderbears comes in: with the idea of rethinking health in a way that feels simpler, more accessible, and above all, easy to integrate into everyday life. Behind the brand is a Munich-based mother-daughter duo that consciously questioned the traditional supplement industry. Instead of capsules or tablets, Wonderbears focuses on vegan functional gummies — small daily rituals designed to fit effortlessly into modern routines. What emerges is less a single product and more a system: one built around consistency, quality, and a certain sense of ease. Because while the supplement market continues to grow and often feels increasingly interchangeable, Wonderbears is aiming for something different: a balance between scientific credibility and emotional experience. Or, in other words: the question of how health can not only feel good, but actually work. We spoke about why selfcare today is more than just a trend — and how to create routines that truly last.

Wellbeing is increasingly becoming a statement. Do you think selfcare today is also a form of status?
Yes, one hundred percent. For me, status is very closely connected to self-care and personal maintenance. I pay attention to how someone presents themselves — their hair, skin, style, body language, and overall energy. It’s not about fitting a certain body ideal at all, but about the attitude and strength someone radiates. To me, lifestyle also means allowing yourself the luxury of making time for selfcare, even in a stressful everyday life. Selfcare should be at the very top of everyone’s priority list.

Sweet, but Make It Smart

The supplement market is growing rapidly — often with very similar promises. What makes Wonderbears “smart” to you, instead of just “another product”?

For me, our gummies are clearly ultra smart. They are easy to take, taste great, and contain high-quality ingredients. Their gummy-bear shape also creates a small reward effect — and that is exactly what helps people stay consistent long term. A lot of people ask whether a gummy can really have the same effect as capsules. The answer is yes. What’s inside is exactly what’s stated on the label — and all of our products are manufactured in Germany according to current pharmaceutical standards.

Routines sound simple — but they often fail in real life. What makes a routine truly realistic for you, and how do you integrate Wonderbears into your own day?

I love routines because they give me stability, security, and efficiency. Especially because I travel a lot, discipline is essential for me. Sleep is the foundation, along with movement, good nutrition, and drinking enough water. My Wonderbears routine is very clear: In the morning, I start with the Burn Apple Cider Vinegar gummies — as an alternative to traditional apple cider vinegar, which can often be difficult to take. Later in the day, I take my Hair Gummy. And whenever I feel like I might be getting sick, I add the Immun Gummies. All products can be combined — and that’s exactly how we see them within the team as well: little rewards integrated into everyday life.

Would you say Wonderbears was born more out of a personal need — or from identifying a clear market gap?

I would definitely say it came from a personal need. My mother had many patients who struggled with swallowing capsules or tablets. At the same time, I personally used to love gummy candy, but eventually wanted to reduce sugar in my diet. So the idea of rethinking supplements in this format felt very natural — without claiming that we invented something completely new. How do you navigate the balance between scientific credibility and an emotional brand world? I’m generally very science-oriented and pay close attention to where products come from and how they are formulated. At the same time, like many people, I’m not completely immune to good marketing either. The difference for me is that I clearly separate impulse purchases from products I consume daily. In the long run, only the things that truly work and remain sustainable really matter to me.

Wonderbears in three words?

High-quality.
Efficient.
Delicious.
