Traditional dress gets a modern update: For Fall/Winter 2026/27, Anna von Klinski presents her first traditional dress collection in collaboration with Krüger Madl — combining traditional elements with an unmistakably feminine, contemporary aesthetic. Known for her eye for elegant looks and fine details, she opts for a color palette of delicate rose, warm beige and deep dark brown. Tone-on-tone compositions, high-quality textures and subtle embellishments turn the three looks into a modern interpretation of traditional dress.
A pink dirndl meets shimmering textured fabric, ornamental jacquard and a transparent apron, while a delicate tulle blouse with floral embroidery and pearl details adds a touch of romantic lightness. The beige design plays with a herringbone texture, floral jacquard elements and a subtly shimmering apron. Heart-shaped ruching and a crystal pendant add feminine accents. The collection is completed by a dark brown bodice-and-skirt combination with balloon sleeves, velvet details and marbled buttons — traditionally inspired, yet featuring a silhouette that fits just as naturally into a modern fashion context.
“At the heart of my collection is the personality of the women who bring it to life,” says Anna von Klinski. This is exactly what is reflected in the three designs: romantic, modern and timelessly elegant. A collection that shows that traditional dress can be so much more than tradition — namely, a personal fashion statement with character.
